So, who is Sara Crabtree??? Well I was born in Portland, ME. Spent half my life there growing up in the country. At age 13 my family of 3 (me, mom and dad) moved to Florida, the real "VACATIONLAND." Went to highschool down there and college at Palm Beach Atlantic University where I majored in Music. Iwent to school to become a rockstar and ended up studying 4 years of classical voice. I recently got married last year to a wonderful man and spent the year in PA while he finished college. Now I'm back in Naples and ready to Rock!
ok so the music? I discovered I could sing and that it was the only thing i wanted to do when I was about 11, thats when dad gave me my first guitar. We recorded some stuff together and started playing places and writing. I released an album in highschool called Time Goes Bye and another in college entitled Whisper to Me. Since then I have been slowly working on In the Middle of the Crowd, release date TBA (soon!) I'm really into rock/pop and have recently found a love for country music and have starting singing some of my dad's original country songs (oh yeah he's a songwriter, and pretty good!)
Hobbies? (if you really care to keep reading...) I LOVE to cook! and scrapbook and read (I MIGHT be really into Harry Potter right now....) and I just took up playing tennis with the hub. we are incredibly terrible but it's fun. and I also love to go to starbucks and work and have a good coffee (marble mocha macchiato) and finally I love my parents' dog Frank. He's a mini Dausch Haund! (I'll have to post some pics!)
And to wrap it all up, I am a singer. There is nothing like it for me. Performance, creating, and bearing my heart for the world through music is the only thing I ever want to do! Thats a wrap.
